My reason to use these services
of a Certified Hypnotherapist, and healer, was
to learn specific techniques to bring about
increased relaxation, thus reducing general
stress levels. This therapy with Melody Bass has
greatly improved my general wellbeing and self
belief, to the point where I feel that I am as
free from stress and anxiety as possible, thanks
to the skills and cutting edge techniques
utilized by Melody, in such a competent and
professional manner. Therefore with great
enthusiasm and confidence I have no hesitation
what so ever in writing this letter of
recommendation to any future prospective client
of Melody Bass.
This consultation, and the subsequent ones, was
the most uplifting experience in my life, having
attended sessions of various healing
consultations, during my rather long lifetime
this was the only one where I felt the immediate
benefit which is increasing as time goes on. I
have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending
Melody to everyone as the benefits derived are
totally unbelievable until personally
experienced. |

| Hypnosis is an altered
state of awareness where your concentration
is focused on achieving the results that you
want in life.
Hypnosis is an altered
state of awareness where your
concentration is focused on achieving
the results that you choose in life.
Hypnosis could be
described as an induced trance or
altered state of consciousness
resembling sleep, with the basic
principles of relaxation, concentration,
suggestion and repetition.
The Hypnotherapist
induces hypnosis by gently guiding you
into a relaxed and trance state using
imagery of serenity, calm and peace.
When you enter this state, the conscious
mind takes a backseat and the
subconscious mind opens up to
suggestions that are acceptable to you.
How can hypnosis be
beneficial in your life? By opening up
your subconscious mind to suggestions,
you will be able to reprogram the
subconscious mind to rid yourself of
behaviors or problems you are
experiencing in your daily life due to
decisions you have made or actions you
have taken.
Tremendous results can be
achieved when the Hypnotherapist clears
away negative emotions and limiting
decisions with whatever the client has
chosen to work on, clearing the mind of
limitations, enabling the client to
reach their unlimited, full potential.
It has been
scientifically proven that our
subconscious mind controls most of our
natural reactions, how we handle or
behave in various situations. When
determining how to react, the
subconscious mind will refer to the
programming it has received over the
years. Your subconscious mind will link
a certain current situation to a
traumatic event or unpleasant experience
from your past and your immediate
reaction, be it anger, smoking, over
eating, binging, etc, will be based on
those past negative events.
Many problems can be
effectively addressed and alleviated
through Hypnosis. Hypnotherapy has
proven to be safe with no risk of damage
or side effects. Only a willing
participant can be hypnotized. You can
also hypnotize yourself.
During Hypnosis, the
conscious mind is relaxed, to such a
degree that its ability to judge and
reason, (known as critical faculties)
becomes very much lessened. The
subconscious, on the other hand, becomes
very much more dominant, accepting and
responsive to suggestions, in
particular, positive, repetitious
suggestions that are presented to it. |

Hypnotic
regression is a journey in time to
recover memories and explore events
from the past. It is profound
trasformative work. All your
expression from birth and even
before birth are recroded in your
body, mind and soul. |

|
| |
| In a past life regression
you move back in time using
hypontic regression techniques
to bring new perspectives
andhealing in a way no other
therapy can do. |

| What is
Self Hypnosis is an altered state of
conciousness characterized by a feeling of
peaceful relaxation and "letting go", and
incresed suggestibility. As experienced from
the inside, you are conscious, but detached
as though you are observing what is
happening to you rather than being in charge
of it. Although we may no realize it, we all
carry around within us the
necessaryresources for personal evolution
and success. Self-hynosis can be very
effective tool for utilizing those resources
to make changes in our lives. |
|
| Self Hypnosis
is a great way to benefit from the practice
of hypnosis. Have you ever found it
difficult to learn from a book? Well you
know that it can be frustrating. |
|
| The most beneficial
way to learn self-hypnosis is from a
hypnotherapist who can provide you the
instructions that you require, answer
question and make certain that you are
achieving your full potential of hypnosis.
Self Hypnosis can be used for just about
every kind of self-improvement as well as
reducing or eliminating physical symptoms of
medical problems. For example, many people
have freed themselves from chronic pain, or
behavioural problems just by learning and
practicing some form of self-hypnosis. |

| |
|
What are the benefits of self
hypnosis?
Self-hypnosis can vastly improve
your lifestyle. Learning
Self-hypnosis is an invaluable
practical tool, utilizied as a
stress management tool rather than
normal hypnosis, as you do not need
to have a hypnotist present. Drawing
on thr same "relaxation" that drives
meditation, self-hypnosis helps you
to relax your body, lets stress
hormones subside, and distracts your
mind from unplesant thoughts. The
relaxation achieved with
self-hypnosis can be intense. |
